# Understanding how you move

Sometimes you need neither work reports nor eco goals — you are simply curious to see how your own day is put together. How much you actually drive. Where you go most often. What it looks like on a map, when nobody asked for a map.

That is a perfectly good reason, and Odoma is built to serve it too.

## What you will see

A map with the accumulated routes of a week or a month — where you really were, with nothing to photograph or check in to.

A list of trips with times, distances, and routes. You can scroll back and remember.

Simple statistics: how many hours a week you spend in motion, which places come up most often, how the rhythm shifts with the seasons.

## What people usually notice

Those who use the app out of plain curiosity often say something similar in the first weeks:

*"Turns out I drive to that shop four times a week. Walking would be faster."*

*"At weekends I barely move at all, and then I wonder why Monday is so hard."*

*"1,500 km in a month — far more than I assumed."*

The app draws no conclusions for you. It simply shows the reality of your movement — what to do with it is up to you.

## What is worth knowing

Routes stay on your device. The app does not share them with anyone — not with us, not with third parties, not with other services on your phone.

If you stop using the app, the data is deleted along with it, with nothing to "revoke" and no "account to delete". There is no account.

## Not only the car

The app tells different kinds of travel apart — car, taxi, public transport. If the phone is with a passenger, the trip is marked separately and is not counted as "your driving". More in the [research](https://odoma.ee/en/impact/research#passenger-mode).

## Install

→ Odoma Tracker: [App Store](https://apps.apple.com/ee/app/odoma-tracker/id6761280443) · [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ee.odoma.tracker) — free, no account, no ads.

For the first week, just drive. The app will start showing you things on its own.
