Odoma for business

Every driver's mileage log — automatically, in one place

Your employees drive with the free Odoma Tracker app. Their business trips arrive in the Odoma dashboard, where you approve them, the compensation is calculated to the cent, and the accountant receives finished documents: mileage logs, receipts, e-invoices.

No card. After the trial you pay by invoice — or not at all.

Who it is for

  • Companies that pay employees the personal-car compensation and want the log, the monthly cap and INF 14 under control
  • Field-service teams — builders, installers, service engineers, couriers: trips, time on site and receipts from the same phone
  • Accountants who serve several firms and are tired of chasing mileage logs at the end of the month
  • Sole proprietors (FIE) and one-person companies that want receipts and invoices next to their trips

How it works

  1. 1

    Drivers install the free app

Odoma Tracker on iOS or Android. You invite each driver with a code — no device in the car, nothing to install on your side.

  2. 2

Business trips arrive on their own

The app detects trips and separates business from personal by schedule. Business trips sync to the dashboard with the date, distance, start and end address, purpose and odometer readings. Personal trips are never sent, and the employer sees the endpoints of a trip, not the track.

  3. 3

    Approve, pay, invoice

Approve trips and receipts, get the compensation per employee under the statutory rate and cap, produce a sõidupäevik PDF for every driver, send e-invoices to your clients and hand the accountant an export.

What is inside

Trips and compensation

An automatic sõidupäevik for every driver, approval by the employer, the tax-free rate and monthly cap applied by rule, a PDF with all the mandatory fields.

Receipts by photo

Fuel, parking, materials — photographed on the phone, recognised with VAT, attached to a trip or a site.

Sites, hours and margin

Time on each site comes from the trips themselves; with the receipts and the invoices next to it you see the cost per hour and whether a site earned or ate money.

Clients, quotes, invoices

Quotes and invoices with a PDF, e-invoices (e-arve) with reference numbers, payment tracking.

People and payouts

Roles and rights, approval flows, reimbursement lists with IBANs for the employees.

Bookkeeping and the accountant

Bank reconciliation, ledger, VAT preparation, export for the accountant; export and deletion of your data on request (GDPR).

What it costs

The dashboard is a paid service of ODOMA SERVICES OÜ: from 19 € per month per company — not per person — with VAT 24 % on top, and a year costs ten months. Trips, kilometres and receipts are unlimited on every plan, and the first 14 days are free.

The plans are Solo, Team and Company. Which one a company needs depends on how many people and companies it has, so the full ladder, the comparison with Merit, CostPocket, Finbite and Remato, and the customer stories live on the product's own site.

The product site is Russian-only for now; the dashboard itself is in Estonian, Russian and English.

Frequently asked questions

Do the drivers pay anything?
No. Odoma Tracker is free for everyone and always will be — it is made by a non-profit. The company pays for the dashboard, where the logs of all drivers come together.
Does a driver have to press anything?
No. Trips start and stop on their own, and the schedule separates business from personal. The driver can re-tag any single trip; the employer sees the result in the dashboard and approves it.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The dashboard switches to read-only: you still see everything, and the phones keep recording, but you cannot approve or send documents until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted. A plan is activated after the invoice is paid.
In which language is the dashboard?
The interface is available in Estonian, Russian and English. Russian is the most complete today; the Estonian and English texts are still being polished. The drivers' app is fully available in all three languages.
Can an accountant manage several companies from one account?
Yes. On the Company plan one account can serve up to ten companies; access to each company is granted by a code, so the accountant never needs the owner's password.
Who provides the service and who sends the invoice?
The dashboard is operated by ODOMA SERVICES OÜ, an Estonian company (registry code 17589729, VAT number EE103025241, Tallinn); invoices carry 24 % VAT and are paid by bank transfer. The free apps are published by the non-profit Odoma Digipädevuse Selts (registry code 80659718). Each has its own terms and privacy policy.
